6:00 a.m.

My internal alarm went off and I felt the need to be in the sewing room. This is what I made

I made a bib for my friend Autumn, she had a baby about three weeks ago and his middle name is Woo, which is his dad's nickname..so upon request here it is...

She also needed a couple of baby gifts for a shower and so these were for her, too.

Next up was an order from Texas. My friend Kristi sent me some fabric she wanted an outfit from for Ceci her baby and the two pillow case dresses and a longall for baby gifts...so yes now my business is now shipping out of state. ha or something like that...

Then I finished a belated baby gift for a teacher at work, she told me no rush so thank the Lord I finished it before the baby was born...

Well, I have said before I have undertaken the National Board process...and let me say it may overtake me. I am not a planner in my classroom. I let things just take shape somehow the students still learn they just do so by asking questions and discovering...

I have had little time to sew much less monogram but I have been able to do a few things.

I embroidered a sweatshirt for a teacher at school

And I have been in the burp cloth business here lately. My friend, Emily, has kept me in business in the tough January, post Christmas, economy.
